Lasati-o la scurs intr-o sită de plastic .</div>Intr-un bol maricel, puneti frunzele de salata; rupeti-le cu mana pentru a avea marimi potrivite, usor de luat cu furculita.Rosiile le taiem bucatele potrivite,la fel si ceapa si le puneti peste salata.Tonul se scurge de uleiul din conserva si se pune deasupra peste salata.Adaugati putin ulei de masline si amestecati usor.Jumatate de lamaie o stoarceti peste salata iar cealalta jumatate o folositi ptr decor.La final se adauga ouale taiate cubulete si maioneza.Salata se serveste rece. Este mai gustoasa dacă o lasati 10 minute la frigider să se macereze.<br />

Preparare<br />
Se pune fasolea in apa rece cat s-o acopere de cu seara. Daca nu este pusa la inmuiat timpul de fierbere se dubleaza, chiar tripleaza.<br />

Se pune fasolea la fiert. Se lasa sa clocoteasca 10 minute dupa care se schimba apa. Se repeta de 3 ori aceasta operatie. In ultima apa se poate pune morcovul si cartoful taiat in patru si sarea. Se lasa la fiert 30–35 minute pina se inmoaie bine. Timpul de fierbere poate varia in functie de tipul de fasole.<br />
Ceapa taiata marunt, se prajeste bine in ulei de floarea soarelui, apoi se adauga bulionul,boiaua, sarea si piperul dupa gust, o cana cu apa fiarta, si se lasa pe foc pana mai scade sosul.<br />
Fasolea se mixeaza cu un blender, plus uleiul de masline si catelul de usturoi pisat, apoi se toarna peste pasta rezultata sosul.<br />

Mod de preparare:<br />
Se pregăteşte pieptul de pui la grătar: pieptul se taie în fileuri subţiri, iar usturoiul se pisează şi se freacă cu ulei.<br />
Bucăţile de piept se amestecă cu usturoi, piper, boia dulce şi ulei şi se lasă acoperit jumătate de oră.Se încinge grătarul şi se pun bucăţile de piept pe grătar întorcându-le pe ambele părţi până când este gata.<br />
Feliile de pâine se ung cu un amestec de ulei de măsline şi usturoi pisat. Se taie apoi cubuleţe mici, se pun într-o tavă şi se coc în cuptorul încins timp de 20 de minute. Se obţin nişte crutoane delicioase.<br />
Se pregăteşte un dressing din ulei de măsline, oţet, muştar, ou crud, zeamă de lămâie, sare, piper, usturoi pisat şi caşcaval ras.<br />

Salata se rupe cu mâna în bucăţi nu prea mari.Pieptul de pui la grătar se taie fâşii şi se aşează peste salată. Ouale fierte se taie şi ele felii şi se aşează lângă feliile de piept la grătar.Pe margine se aranjează crutoanele aromate cu usturoi.Deasupra se toarnă dressingul de muştar.Se poate servi ca atare sau presărând puţin caşcaval ras pe deasupra.<br />

Cartofii se spala fff bine pana coaja este curata si se taie pe jumatate,apoi se condimenteaza cu boia sare si piper.Cartofii condimentati se amesteca bine cu putin ulei astfel incat fiecare cartof sa fie uns cu ulei si se aseaza in tava pe hartie pergament. <br />

Se fierb cartofii pe jumatate in apa cu sare,apoi se taie felii si se aseaza intr-o tava pe hartie de copt(sau unsa cu putina grasime)un strat de cartofi,un strat de sos bechamel,apoi cascaval ras si inca odata tot asa.(ultimul strat trebuie sa fie cascaval.Se da la cuptor pana se rumeneste cascavalul.<br />

-600 g de rahat<br />
-1 punga de zahar pudra cu aroma de vanilie<br />
Foaia de aluat se intinde putin si se taie in dreptunghiuri. In mijlocul fiecarui dreptunghi se pun cate 2, 3 bucatele de rahat. Se pun parte peste parte 2 colturi opuse ale fiecarui dreptunghi.Se aseaza in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se introduc in cuptorul incins.<br />

Blatul<br />
Ingrediente:<br />
-10 oua<br />
-10 linguri zahar<br />
-10 linguri faina<br />
-1 lingura si jumatate de ulei<br />
Mode de preparare:<br />
Albusurile se bat bine(ca pentru bezea) cu 8 linguri de zahar,restul de zahar cu galbenusurile pana cand se deschid la culoare.Se amesteca albusurile cu galbenusurile fff incet incat sa ramana aluatul pufos,apoi se inglobeaza uleiul si faina.Aluatul se toarna in forma tapetata cu hartie ptr. copt.Pont: este copt atunci cand apasam blatul cu degetul si acesta revine la loc.<br />

-un cubulet de drojdie<br />
-1 lingurita zahar<br />
-sare<br />
-2 linguri ulei<br />
-apa minerala sau apa calduta<br />
Mod de de preparare:<br />
Se amesteca drojdia cu sarea si zaharul si putina apa pana se face o pasta,apoi se pune peste faina.Treptat se adauga apa si uleiul pana cand obtinem un aluat elastic nu prea moale.Aluatul se lasa jumatate de ora la dospit dupa care este bun de intins in tava.<br />
